About Josiah

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

High IQ point guard who can facilitate and score at all 3 levels. Pushes the pace and a pass ahead PG. Great teammate who shares the ball.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Watching my older brother success and get to the D1 level has helped my mentality of knowing I have to put in extra work. I have to be able to get up shots, work on my handles and skills as much as possible. I want to play the best players, have a good attitude and be a role model on and off the court.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am involved in Student Government, Black Infinity and Hispanic Infinity groups. I have received Kudos from teachers in various school subjects.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I am constantly working on myself to become a better person, teammate and friend. I enjoy my teammates and try to support them at their events outside of basketball.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a school that provides the best opportunity for me to be challenged athletically and push me academically. I want to play for a coach that believes in me and has created a family type environment.

Josiah Wilson Josiah Wilson Josiah Wilson 6'1" | CG Bosque | 2027 State NM from Bosque High School once again was able to show why he is a player to watch. Josiah is the type of player who does everything needed to win. Josiah’s ability to get to the rim was always on display this weekend. Josiah’s game was fun to watch because his offensive ability seems effortless and just flows with the game. He is a smart player who was able to help his team across multiple stat lines this weekend. Another summer under his belt and Josiah looks ready to take on the challenges of the upcoming season.
