<p><strong>STAT LINE OF THE YEAR?</strong>: Just a sophomore, Sandia G <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2714567' first='Isaiah' last='Brown']</strong> is already recognized as one of the top players in the state. With the Matadors in must-win mode against Sanat Fe on Friday night, Brown put together as impressive a state line as we've seen in a long time: 17 points (three 3-pointers), 15 steals, 9 rebounds and 8 assists. Essentially, he fell just short of a quadruple double. Brown has multiple college offers. The Matadors won in OT to force a district playoff game against La Cueva on Tuesday night. [player_tooltip player_id='2980447' first='Malachi' last='Knox'] had 10 points, 7 rebounds and 5 steals in the win over the Demons. Sandia had 25 steals in the win. </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1326930' first='Remy' last='Albrecht'], Cleveland</strong>: Proved again he's arguably the state's best player by scoring 34 points and draining four 3-pointers in Cleveland's 2OT win over rival Rio Rancho on Thursday that sealed a place in Monday's district playoff game for the Storm against Volcano Vista.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2693652' first='Kaileb' last='Atencio'], Penasco</strong>: Scored 21 points and made 3 steals in Penasco's loss to Mesa Vista on Thursday. Saturday, he scored a staggering 44 points on 19-of-27 shooting with 7 steals in Penasco's win over Questa. </p>

<p><strong>Eluciano Gonzales, Tularosa</strong>: Scored 18 points as the Wildcats concluded an impressive regular season with a win over Ruidoso. Tularosa is 23-3 overall, 6-0 in district play heading into the district tournament. They will host the district tournament championship game next weekend. </p>

<p><strong>Zander Griego, Farmington</strong>: Scored a team-high 18 points as Farmington beat crosstown rival Piedra Vista.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2693613' first='Zavin' last='Guck'], Cobre</strong>: Scored 33 points and grabbed 17 rebounds in Cobre's win over Socorro on Thursday. Saturday, he scored 16 points and grabbed 8 rebounds with 8 steals in a convincing win over Hatch Valley. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2714599' first='Izon' last='Guck']</strong> scored 20 points and grabbed 7 rebounds on Saturday. The Indians finished the regular season 22-3 overall, 6-0 in District 3A-3, and enter the state tournament as a legitimate title contender.</p>

<p><strong>Nico Sanchez, Highland</strong>: Scored 33 points and hit SEVEN 3-pointers on 12-of-16 shooting as the Hornets won their 15<sup>th</sup> straight game with a convincing victory over St. Pius X. Highland finished the regular season with a 22-4 overall record and went unbeaten (8-0) in District 4A-5.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1717253' first='Francois' last='Satchivi'], Del Norte</strong>: The senior guard had a fourth quarter for the ages as he keyed Del Norte's comeback from a double-digit deficit against Hope Christian to force a district playoff game against the Huskies Monday night. In the 4<sup>th</sup> quarter, Satchivi drained consecutive 3-pointers to give Del Norte a 46-45 lead midway through the period. Later, he hit four free throws as Del Norte preserved its lead. Satchivi finished with 24 points, 12 in the final period. </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2394870' first='Kamal' last='Stith'], St. Michael's</strong>: Scored a team-high 16 points as the Horsemen beat Santa Fe Prep to finish the regular season 21-5 overall, 9-1 in District 3A-2. St. Michael's has a week off before hosting the district tournament championship game on Feb. 28. </p>

<p><strong>Jaiden Yazzie, Dulce</strong>: Led four Dulce scorers in double figures with 27 points as the Hawks defeated Laguna Acoma on Thursday. Adolf Vigil added 18 points. Yazzie added 8 rebounds, 6 assists and 3 steals. Saturday, Yazzie led Dulce with 33 points in a win over Navajo Pine, while Vigil had 22 points. </p>
