Malachi is very athletic and can shut other players down given the opportunity. When we think of Malachi, we think of his highlight drives to the basket but this weekend we were able to see blocks and steals as well. His intensity this weekend on the defensive end impacted his team tremendously in a positive way. They were all shutting players down and off in transition. His athleticism allows him to go up and block shots with ease. Once Malachi makes a steal he can either beat players down the court or use his vision to involve his teammates.
