who can be absolutely dominant when he has space to attack the rim. Conti gives this team a pick n pop and a trail three threat which can make this groups offense really dynamic. Along with the outside touch, Conti is a physical rebounder, a capable low post scorer, and a genuine two way connector as he plays within himself at all times. Conti had shooting splits of 52/43/70 and if he can maintain that efficiency on the 3SSB circuit, I fully expect his name to catch a lot more buzz over the course of the next 3-4 months.

Conti’s steady improvement in his physique over the course of this year has been an incredible addition to his foundation as a big with legit 3 level touch. At Millbrook this season, Conti averaged 15.0 Points, 7.5 Rebounds, 1.4 Assists, and 1.1 Steals per game on 52/43/80 shooting splits. As Conti tones his frame up, it will make him more mobile and versatile, allowing him to slide in and play the four with that improved ability to move in space. His jump shooting is simply elite for his size. He’s got a quick and pure release with deep range + a ton of confidence in his ability to make shots. He’s extended the range to beyond the three point line after being more of a mid range guy in recent years. Conti also possesses great hands and touch around the rim, making him and easy safety valve for dump-offs along with being a reliable low post scorer vs most matchups. Conti’s improved body will allow him to be a more impactful defensive player as well. He’s poised for a big summer with Garner Road and should be a guy that attracts more and more next level attention as people see what he can do.

Despite the loss from Millbrook, Josh Conti Josh Conti 6'8" | PF/C Millbrook | 2027 State NC showed his value by pouring in 22 Points and 4 Rebounds on 10-17 from the floor and 2-2 from beyond the arc. Conti’s outside touch for a big is tremendous and it allows him to showcase his versatile inside/out game. His floor spacing allows Millbrook’s crew of guards and wings to operate with great spacing. He’s shown tremendous progress in improving his physique which has allowed him to play big minutes at high usage for this Millbrook team. Great low/mid post game, can pick or pop, and not a guy that is going to force a bunch of bad looks. Conti has reliable hands in traffic and should start to show more athleticism as the body continues to improve. On a day with limited bright spots for Millbrook, Conti found a way to shine bright.

In what was a tough game for Millbrook, Conti was a true bright spot for this group by pouring in 23 Points and 6 rebounds. Conti really showed his ability to stretch the floor, going 6-11 from deep on the day. This could be a breakout game in that aspect of his game which can really help him as a prospect. He did his usual low post work, using his size to bully taller but leaner players. He showed the touch from the mid and high post all while contributing on the glass with six rebounds. Conti showed he can hang with higher level teams as his game continues to evolve, very intrigued to see what we get from him the rest of the week.

Conti is off to a really strong start at Millbrook this season with his ability to own both backboards with his rebounding as well as a reliable go to option for Millbrook offensively when the matchup is there. Conti has soft touch around the rim and in the mid-range area while actively working to expand it beyond the arc. He has multiple go to moves on the block and is very comfortable as a screener in the pick and roll. Conti will continue to improve his game and body over the course of this junior season, racking up big performances and recruiting traction in the process.
