The shifty, aggressive combination guard from United Township in Illinois put up 21 points for his team in a 62-58 victory, making one clutch play after another. Massey seemed to be most confident using his quick first step and length to take defenders off the dribble and score at the rim. But he also flashed the ability to put points on the board from deep and from the foul line. A solid defender as well, Massey’s strong play was the different in the contest for The New Threat.
