Hawkins is a name who continues to climb up the PH radar with TSG Hoops out of New Bern High. He’s a competitive scoring guard who can score the ball in a variety of ways with his ability to handle ball pressure and navigate defenses. He was impressive in showing off his ability to attack off the bounce and shoot the ball on the perimeter. He finished with 21 points in the Silver Championship game as TSG Hoops took home an 82-77 victory. He’s a prospect for DII and DIII programs in the region to keep an eye on in ENC.

joins the 2026 rankings in North Carolina following a productive spring/summer on the grassroots scene with TSG Hoops. He’s small in stature but makes up for it with his ability to knock down shots on the perimeter and make things happen in the backcourt. He’ll be a face to keep an eye on at New Bern High this fall given his ability to make his presence felt with his range and confidence shooting the basketball. As he develops, he’s one to track given his feel for the game at the shooting guard spot.
