Each year, Terry has shown growth in his game. From a numbers perspective he has increased his scoring, rebounding, and steals every year. His improvements over the years landed him all conference and all district honors this past year as the Bears finished with their best record since 2013-2014. His stock is continuing to rise with college coaches reaching out during the high school live periods in June. He’s an aggressive Guard that can score the ball from all three levels and understands how to get to where he wants on the court regardless of how he’s being defended.

Another talented prospect that can score the ball from the wing spot with efficiency and is still continuing to progress overall on both sides of the ball. He understands how to use his height and wingspan to make plays, can score the ball from multiple levels and has very impressive athleticism.

He took a scary fall and landed awkwardly on his back but returned to the game to finish with 14 points on 5 of 7 from the field. He got to the rack at will using his crafty handle to keep defenders off balance while still being a solid contributor to the rebounding column as well. 

A gifted scorer that knows how to get to his spots and use his physical traits to get the job done, he is one to keep an eye on this season. He stepped up numerous times for his team with timely buckets in a game that would go down to the wire.

Riggins is a name due to breakout in the 2027 class out of New Bern High; can really attack the rim with authority and create off the bounce; impressive off the catch knocking down shots on the perimeter and in the mid-range; athletic presence defensively who can fly around and make plays above the rim; DI and DII programs in the region would be wise to get him on their radar
