About Jonas

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I excel from beyond the arc but am just as comfortable attacking the basket, using my vision and agility to create opportunities. On the defensive end, I bring intensity and discipline, taking pride in shutting down opponents and contributing to my team’s success on both sides of the court.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a dedicated and hard-working shooting guard for L’Anse Creuse High School North, class of 2026. Taking pride in my work ethic,I start my mornings every weekday at 5:30 a.m. in the gym, working on my game before school. When my competition is sleeping, I’m getting better.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Every summer I volunteer my time at our school’s youth basketball camp helping the younger students understand and get better at the game.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

For unforeseen circumstances I had to transfer schools in the middle of my sophomore school year. This was just days before of the start of basketball tryouts. I went in with a positive attitude made new friendships and teammates, and love where I’m at now.

What type of college are you looking for?

Any opportunity to further my education while playing the game I love.

Guenthardt is an underrated talent. The young man can hoop. He can be a constant threat with his jumper from behind the arc. That being said, Guenthardt is reliable with the ball and a solid passer. He can definitely play either guard position.
