Davis plays over in the Pee Dee for the Auctioneers (19-7). Jomethrus nicknamed JJ is averaging 20.1 ppg this season. JJ really can find ways to score the rock for his squad. He made the up to #83 in this latest update here at Prep Hoops. Davis will absorb contact on the way to cup and get to the foul line a a good clip each night.

In many a game so far, the Auctioneers of 2A Mullins have been favorites to get into the win column. The play of their star upperclassman two guard is a major reason why. Davis, by far, was the main star of his team’s 70-56 victory over another 2A team in Cheraw. He finished with 32 points. The defense for the Braves had no answers for Davis, particularly when he was out in transition and finished strong at the basket. Early on, he displayed his prowess from behind the 3-point arc with a pair of made attempts from behind the arc. Free throw shooting and ball distribution are two other strong points of the star shooting guard.
