Johnny Wilson Johnny Wilson 6'4" | SF Carolina Forest | 2028 SC leads off my list of day one eye-catchers from the Big Shots Myrtle Beach Jam. Wilson is a long and lanky local prospect out of Carolina Forest High School who excels at making things happen on both ends of the floor. The Private Snipaz won the 16U Slam Championship this weekend and Wilson was the Tournament MVP, thanks to 16 points in the final game, but I caught up with them in their first-round matchup with District 5 Premier when Johnny racked up 20 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists, and 5 steals. This was as impressive a box score as I saw all day long, but the eye test matched it as he locked down his matchup, made the right play offensively, and had a few highlight plays mixed in too.
