Funderburk was fantastic in the first quarter, scoring 9 points on 3-4 shooting from the 3-point line with 4 rebounds and 3 assists. He battled foul trouble for the rest of the night, but still found his way to 11 points, 8 rebounds, and 7 assists. He was excellent operating the offense from the high-post area, showcasing his great vision and passing instincts to find open shooters or cutting teammates.
