I went back and forth on Basabas as much as any player in the class. After seeing him a few times last week at the Wild West Shootout, I was sold on his wiggle and playmaking ability. The prospect from up North earned his top 40 rankings with his strong play against good competion.

Basabas was almost like Coreva light, he played with the same shifty ability as his teammate, weaving through defenders on the way to the basket. His passing was also stellar as the PG was able to distribute to teammtes at will.
