A solid lead guard who created opportunities for his teammates and himself at times. As a lefty guard he gets to his spots beating guys with a tight crossover mostly. The shot looks good and he is capable of playing off the ball. Jerome was effective as a drive and kick guard he could land something with a small school based on his point guard intellect.
