Largely an unknown as a product of the Harrisburg area, Procise caught the eye in brief glimpses with his rangy frame and quickness attacking off the bounce. He was effective dancing past defenders and weaving through traffic to make plays with the dribble, showing no fear as one of the only Central PA kids in attendance. We’ll be curious to get further eyes on Procise moving forward as he looks like a guard who could make an instant splash in the Mid Penn this year with the right opportunity.
