Jeremiah will add elite shot-making ability, length, and athleticism on both sides of the ball. He is known for his 3-point shooting ability, but he is also a very good defender, using his length to disrupt the opposing team’s best ball-handlers. He had a strong summer with Local Legends this summer and is looking to carry that momentum into his sophomore campaign at his new school.

Robinson recently made the move to STAB after a successful summer that saw him move in the top 15 of our updated rankings. The sophomore played “up” on the 16u level with Local Legends and displayed his versatility at the offensive end. He is capable of playing all three perimeter positions and has good length and above average athleticism. Robinson moves well without the ball, is an improving perimeter shot maker and can be a secondary ball handler and decision maker.

-Thought that Robinson displayed one of their higher ceilings amongst prospects at this event as a freshman playing up with 16u Local Legends that impressed this weekend after some strong performances at Pro16 Detroit. Liked the feel that Robinson displayed throughout the event as he waits to make eye contact with the ballhandler on the wing before face-cutting to the rim in the secondary break for easy 2s around the basket. He also showed a great motor on the glass to time the leap early enough to snag the rebound over his opponent but still high-point a putback for a clean look. Robinson has both a nice ceiling and floor as a prospect that is a walking triple-double threat that can shoot it, put it on the deck, make good reads in the halfcourt and serve as an unselfish primary creator or wing connector depending on lineups.

Offensively, he’s a strong perimeter shooter who can knock down shots from deep, but his game isn’t limited to that. He’s shown flashes of playmaking ability, even handling some point guard responsibilities this past season. His poise and ability to stay under control stand out, especially for a player at his stage.

On the defensive end, Robinson is an excellent on-ball defender who takes pride in that side of the floor. He competes, communicates, and embraces tough assignments. Robinson has shown continued development from his eighth-grade year into his freshman season. He is trending in the right direction. Robinson will be a key returner for a strong Trinity squad next year.
