Teyan is a player who can be a team’s Swiss army knife with how versatile he is out there on the court. At 6’6″ he plays and guards centers while also being able to guard on the perimeter. He moves laterally very well allowing him to switch onto anyone. Teyan has great handles at his position that give him opportunities to exploit mismatches. His finishing ability around the rim is excellent as he likes to seek contact to force the referees to blow the whistle.

Teyan is an athletic rim-running power forward that will stop at nothing to get into the paint. At 6’11” Teyan can leap over defenders in the paint and can slither around them in the air to avoid strong contests. He is also great at getting to the free throw line and drawing contact when he wants to. Teyan can guard multiple positions and will crash the glass at will. He is just an overall force to be reckoned with down low.

Teyan has the potential to play on the wing as well making him one of the more intriguing prospects in the class. The lanky 6’6 forward is able to draw contact in the paint and is a solid finisher around the basket. Teyan rarely forces shots in the half court and has a nice touch on his free throws. He is extremely active on the glass at both ends of the floor and has the combination of length and athleticism to defend multiple positions on the floor. Teyan is a potential breakout prospect this AAU season with his ability to finish at the rim and make plays on the defensive end.
