Jayden Johnson Jayden Johnson 6'1" | CG Tuscarora | 2024 State VA had to really work for his offense in this game. Again, Tusky couldn’t buy a bucket for a lot of this game. Jayden was a huge reason why Tusky was in this game. He had a monster second quarter, and even though he cooled down in the third and most of the fourth quarters, he was still a big catalyst in their comeback. Jayden finished with a game-high 28 points.

Tuscarora and Broad Run played a terrific game on Tuesday. Both teams were great offensively, and Tusky was able to win this game in overtime. Jayden Johnson Jayden Johnson 6'1" | CG Tuscarora | 2024 State VA was recently named the Dulles District player of the year, and this game was his most impressive performance. Jayden is a high-level shooter and a three-level scorer. He was unstoppable Vs. Broad Run and finished with 34 points and 10 rebounds. Timing is everything; great players like Jayden elevate themselves in big moments.

Jayden Johnson Jayden Johnson 6'1" | CG Tuscarora | 2024 State VA has a lot of game. Tuscarora went 2-0 last week, and Jayden led them in scoring in both games. On Wednesday, Jayden had a massive second half, scoring 26 points in a 20-point win over John Champe. Then, on Friday, he had 19 against Dominion in a blowout. Jayden is a tremendous shooter, and you’re in trouble if you give him space. He has a nice handle and made a couple of big-time moves to get himself space. Jayden has been on a tear this year and is one of the best guards in NOVA this season.
