Jayden Heidelberger Jayden Heidelberger 6'3" | CG/SF College Park | 2027 TX is a 6’3 guard out of College Park High School that I was able to evaluate throughout the Rice and University of Houston team camps. On the offensive end, his frame allows him to shoot over defenders really well, especially in the midrange. With the ball in his hands, he can create shots for himself on all three levels off the bounce. Defensively, he covers a lot of ground with his physical tools that make a difference in rotations and being on the ball. I will be closely monitoring his progress as he is a graduate in the 2027 class.

Jayden shows off a versatile skillset as a multi-tool guard who can score or function as a playmaker. He uses a long wingspan to play passing lanes and allow himself space to shoot the ball over closing out defenders. His long strides to the basket give him opportunity for either quick layups or opportunities at the free throw line. His perimeter defense is helped by good fundamentals and quick instincts to hustle for loose balls and make winning plays. Jayden looks to raise his stock this summer as he is playing with FYN All Stars .

Jayden was an underrated multi-tool combo guard in College Park’s close loss to Hightower during the afternoon tournament slate. Heidelberger spent time at both the one and two slots this game, helping distribute also locking in and scoring when his team needed a basket in crunch time. He uses his long wingspan and strides to skate past defenders going to the paint and he also can shoot over the top of opponents from long distance. Jayden was my biggest sleeper prospect I watched this weekend, and he has now made his way onto my radar for the rest of his high school playing career.
