His impressive size allows him to effectively shoot over defenders in the midrange, drive to the basket at his own pace and showcase a solid touch around the rim, even when in contact. Defensively, he contributes by blocking shots and collecting rebounds, positioning himself well to secure them. Throughout team camp playing with St. Francis Episcopal High School, Nwobodo has demonstrated advanced skills and physical attributes that make him a key prospect in the 2030 class.

[player_tooltip player_id='2838306' first='Reuben' last='Berry'] out of Woodlands High School is a guard that I've been evaluating since the early part of the AAU season. Ever since then, I've been seeing him put together some high-scoring games between both teams in AAU and HS team camps. Offensively, once he gets into a rhythm of scoring, he can get into modes of consistency on that end of the floor. On the perimeter, he has a quick trigger on his jump shot, getting his shots off quickly before some defenders can react and contest. Outside of his scoring ability, he distributes the ball well to his teammates and likes to get into pick-and-roll situations in the half court. Defensively, he is able to play in passing lanes that turn into steals for him.

[player_tooltip player_id='2555600' first='Dayjhon' last='Miller'] out of the Woodlands High School is a 6'6 forward that impacts both ends of the floor due to his explosiveness. During my time evaluating him at the UH team camp, he showed the ability to crash the glass on both ends of the floor, create downhill opportunities off the bounce and be a lob threat within the offensive flow. Defensively, he showed that he can be versatile, making an impact in guarding several positions on the floor and using his athleticism to make plays around the rim.

[player_tooltip player_id='2557016' first='Sasha' last='Brown'] is another key player for the Woodlands High School, as he contributes with his shooting ability from the perimeter and being able to make plays within the offensive flow. When shooting, Sasha would find himself in many situations where he was catching and shooting. On multiple of his attempts, he was able to knock them down at a great rate during my time evaluating his game at the UH Team Camp. He will be key to his team this year as someone that can space the floor and knock down essential three-pointers.

[player_tooltip player_id='2434223' first='Jayden' last='Heidelberger'] is a 6'3 guard out of College Park High School that I was able to evaluate throughout the Rice and University of Houston team camps. On the offensive end, his frame allows him to shoot over defenders really well, especially in the midrange. With the ball in his hands, he can create shots for himself on all three levels off the bounce. Defensively, he covers a lot of ground with his physical tools that make a difference in rotations and being on the ball. I will be closely monitoring his progress as he is a graduate in the 2027 class.

In this article I will be going over five names that have impressed me during their play during the team camps at the University of Houston and Rice University. These prospects will be ones to keep up with coming off these team camps and recently TABC.
