Alexandre spent his 8th grade season as the backup point guard for the varsity squad, under first-year head Ryan Wilson, and was far from sped up. Whether he was driving off the bounce or off the catch, he was always under control and used his pace, often playing off two feet once he reached the paint. Switching up his speed and stride helped him find or create windows to pass or angles to score.
