Thomas got bumped up to varsity just before the post-season and was on the periphery of the rotation, but he flashed a lot of upside in the minutes he did get. Lanky with long arms, he’s an asset on the boards, able to rebound over others. More importantly, Thomas showed glimpses of latent movement skills that could make him a versatile defender and rim-runner down the road.
