About Jayce

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My defense game style is im good at locking down on defense and not letting them go to the basket, getting blocks on fast breaks, getting rebounds, and lastly, looking at the ball, seeing what they're gonna do and what way they're gonna go. For offense im mostly a passer, but I am good inside of the paint, getting to the rim easy, for outside im good at my 3pts and my layup styles.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

mentally and personality on the court i am mentally focused on my guy and very hyped up when I am locking them up. No, no i do not talk smack on the court, but I smile and do the same thing again. When we lost a game, i dont rage or anything ill just clap my hands and say good game, no, the opposite sign with respect.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

No, not currently.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

As a leader, I tell my teammates what run they are gonna do, what play, and who is the better man on the opposite team. For teamwork, I communicate on the court, helping my teammates know what to do and helping me and all of my team get a dub. Outside of school i help my family and help other people when needed, and say "have a good day" or compamenting too nbe kind and respectful.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Yes, school work, other sports, and my grades, as a student athlete its difficult to maintain those challanges but asking for help and talking to an adult about it has been way easier ever since i been asking for help and also keeping my focus in class and asking questions.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college with good education and to major in sports medicine that i can enjoy and learned about.
