Edison’s season came to an end on Wednesday as the Eagles could not get their shots to fall, shooting just over 30 percent as a team. But senior Jay Overton-Tobie Jay Overton-Tobie 6'2" | CG Edison | 2023 OK was a bright spot for the Eagles as he would finish with a game-high 16 points and went 7-12 from the field. Del City had a distinct size advantage as they have had in most games this season. But Tobie didn’t back away from the challenge of going right at the Del Cty defense and did a great job of attacking throughout the evening. Tobie did a good job of keeping the Eagles within striking distance of Del City throughout the second and third quarters. It just wasn’t their night from the field.
