Liggins poured in 10 points to lead all scorers in the game. The senior played with outstanding effort and showed good touch around the rim. His ability to run the floor and finish, allowed the Eagles get out to an early lead. His athleticism allowed him to also make a big impact on the boards, providing a few second chance opportunities for himself and his teammates. Defensively, he helped protect the rim by using his great length and timing when in defensive rotations. Liggins can guard just about any position; moving his feet well enough to cover guards and force tough contested shots.
