I could see Austin going in any number of directions with his recruitment after a 17U all state summer (and scoring in double figures helping Albany get back to state). I don’t know that he would get a full Northern Sun option but I think some will look at him for a partial, I think he could play in the MAIC but I could also seeing doing very well in NAIA.
We have seen versatile guards from Minnesota go to NAIA and have excellent careers, the type of guards that can play both spots but really score. That is what we have seen from Austin the last five months. Austin averaged 13.4 points a game playing for Comets Hondl.
