The leading scorer in the history of California, Crowe added another milestone to his resumé with a record-breaking 48 points to catalyze the win. He ripped off 27 in the first quarter and a half of play, using his deep bag of dribble moves and counters to get to his spots and convert from seemingly anywhere on the floor. Crowe’s finishing and shotmaking touch are unparalleled among his counterparts in the high school game. He also added six steals to help get Inglewood out in transition, and muscled in a pair of tough buckets after briefly exiting the game with cramps late in the fourth quarter. Look for Crowe to get the ball early and often at Missouri where he’ll have a chance to etch his name further into the record books.
