A dynamic wing with outstanding size, length, and a high basketball IQ, he impacts the game in virtually every facet. Hayes is a reliable shot maker who can score from beyond the arc, attack closeouts, and create offense off the bounce. A high level athlete, he finishes above the rim in transition and uses his physical tools to generate advantages on both ends of the floor. Beyond his scoring ability, Hayes is an effective playmaker and secondary ball handler who sees the floor well and creates opportunities for teammates.
