Lillo brought a strong, physical presence to the floor, using his size to establish position and attack the basket with authority. He was a reliable option inside, consistently working to get touches in the paint and finish through contact. Lillo also played a major role on the boards, securing rebounds and helping his team control possession. One of his more impressive traits was his ability to push the pace after securing a rebound, showing comfort handling the ball in transition and initiating offense. His combination of strength, effort, and mobility made him a key contributor on both ends of the floor.
