is a tenacious defender who is always giving 110%. It’s evident that he takes real pride in not letting his matchup score, and he was swatting shots often for the Reno Ballers. Jackson also outworks opponents when it’s time to rebound, and I liked how he capitalized on his scoring chances. His gritty style of play certainly helps elevate his teammates.

is another impact player for the Reno Ballers 17U team. He is a stout defender who doesn’t give up ground easily when opposing forwards try to work their way to the block. I’m also a fan of how he can absorb contact when he goes up with it, and he shows some decent touch as well. Beyond his defense and scoring, he crashes the glass consistently.

this offseason. But there should still be plenty of opportunity for Jackson to contribute. On offense, Jackson is known for crashing the glass and scoring second chance points (averaged 2.9 OFFR last season). On defense, Jackson gives opponent’s problems with his height, length, and frame.

‘s top sequence of the day was when he swatted a Galena players shot on defense, and then ran down the court and scored a two on offense. I also saw him use his size and frame to score a few other buckets in the paint and he had 3 additional blocks.

Jackson is a rising sophomore poised for a big year. He blocks shots, he’ll defend but most importantly he pursues the pumpkin. The long armed high jumper is one of the best in traffic, and out of area rebounders in the state. He averaged less than 4 boards per game in limited minutes. With increased playing time, expect his rebounding numbers to skyrocket.

If you can’t tell that I’m excited about Jackson you haven’t been reading. His long arms make him appear taller than his listed 6’4. The Sleeper Big is a Quick Twitch athlete with the ability to clean the glass and protect the rim.

Last time Jackson was in Vegas, he made a huge impact running with his Reno squad. I thoroughly expect to watch one of the top undersized rim protectors perform this weekend. Keep and eye on how far he has stretched out his game.

Haven’t forgotten about Jackson’s Dominance during memorial Weekend. One of the state’s most explosive athletes has put himself in the future prospect category with his grassroots production.

Jackson was one of the most dominating players I saw this weekend regardless of class. The rest of the state better hope he doesn’t grow another inch, as he’s already one of the best pure rebounders regardless of class. The high motor forward is an elite undersized rim protector from the four.

Jackson is a player that I must find. He should be in town with the Reno Ballers, and watching the Manogue freshman, compete against National comp will go a long way to determining his next postiion in the rankings. Hard, high energy forward, look for Jackson to impact the game with his Glass Cleaning ability.
