-Saw a little bit of everything from Rhodney as a former JV player that came off the bench for Ryken to do some good things. Rhodney hit the glass to snag some offensive rebounds to give his team extra possessions. He moved well off the ball, finding ways to score himself in the paint while serving as a mobile connector to hit teammates with a touch pass on the move. He also hit a 3 and guarded his yard quite well throughout the afternoon, showing quick hands and defensive IQ on the timing of his defensive digs down on the post. Interested to see if he can carve out a role for himself for a SMR team that infuses some freshman guard talent into the rotation this year.

-Liked what I saw from Rhodney as a connector with good size and a varied skillset coming off the bench for Ryken. He knocked down an open 3, scored on a physical drive to the rim, and rebounded the basketball well to extend possessions/close out possessions for his team. The ability to extend plays by coming up with loose balls was paramount in giving his team more cracks at scoring in the halfcourt to keep this one close. Should step into a bigger role with varsity after a productive two years at the JV level.
