He is fearless in attacking the rim as he attempts to dunk on players with confidence. His composure and poise is maintained regardless of the defensive pressure applied. Jaden’s dribble penetration allows him to utilize his mid-range game effectively.

Jaden was on fire from the field in the SA Suns 17u win over Miles Select. Jones showed accuracy shooting the basketball from long range as well as ability to drive and dish at a consistent rate. The facilitating from Jaden in this game caught my eye as he demonstrated a great ability to set the tempo to the advantage of the Suns and handled pressure well when running the offense. This was my first time getting to watch Jaden and project that he will only continue to improve as a young prospect in the works.

A versatile two-way wing, Jones uses his length and IQ to impact the game on the defensive end, moving his feet and getting into passing lanes. He keeps the ball moving offensively and has good court vision, and he does a great job limiting mistakes on both ends of the floor. He shoots it well off the catch and moves without the ball in his hands. He had 12 points on 4-7 shooting (2-5 3P), 4 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals in the Mustangs’ win over Pella Christian.
