One of the lesser-heralded members of a deep and talented sophomore class at Miller, Jenkins showed plenty of reason for long-term optimism with his energetic two-way play off the bench. Strikingly long, slender, and light on his feet, Jenkins is a smooth guard who brought consistent activity to both ends of the floor. A repeat sophomore via Evergreen Christian, he was active on the margins while also showing off a smooth shooting stroke and nice body control as a finisher at the rim. Currently unranked in the sophomore class, Jenkins looks like a strong breakout candidate heading into the season with clear scholarship-level potential down the line.

Jenkins transferred to Miller School this season after helping Evergreen Christian win the VISAA D-III state championship, and he’s one of the more intriguing prospects with his blend of size, athleticism and skill he brings to the table. At 6’3” he has long arms and is an explosive athlete when he gets downhill or out in transition, he can work off the ball where he can knock down open shots or use screens and cuts to get to the rim, he plays with a bit of a mean streak and doesn’t back down from any matchup, and he has all the tools to be a lock down perimeter defender too.
