Louridas is a smooth scorer who plays the game at his own controlled pace. He has deep range from three and forces defenders to pick him up well beyond the arc. Off the bounce, he gets to his spots comfortably and rises up with confidence. He shows strong shot selection, rarely forcing tough looks when a better option is available. With the ball in his hands, he makes smart, timely decisions that keep the offense flowing. His ability to balance scoring and playmaking makes him tough to scheme against. When he finds a rhythm, he can quickly tilt the game in his team’s favor.

Louridas strung together two solid performances at HoopHall Prep Showcase. He had 20 points and five threes in their loss to St. George’s (RI) and when they played Lawrence Academy (MA) he had 34 points in a win. His scoring arsenal was on full display. Louridas also showed flashes of a playmaker for others. Anytime the ball leaves his fingertips there is a chance he is converting.

Just wow, the Yale commit scored career high 49 points. Shot very well from behind the arc, with his back turned coming off screens, even NBA range. Scored in all facets of the game, creative especially his slot drive reverse scoop layup driving opposite hand. Went 17/18 at the line, drawing multiple fouls. He gets to the line cause of his strength, difficulty knocking him off his path. He guarded Brimmer’s hottest scorer as of last couple of games, contesting the shots exceptionally well without fouling. His 2 on 1 decision making in transition was just as impressive as anything else he did today. Best shooting/scoring performance I have seen in high school!

Louridas, a guard out of Albany Academy, proved to be a high-level scorer in his game on Saturday. This was my first viewing of the future Yale Bulldog and I left impressed by his feel for the game on the offensive end of the floor, as well as his compete level defensively. He’s a terrific shooter in catch and shoot situations, but also shows a nice job of scoring in the mid-range and as a creator with the ball in his hands. He’s got a solid frame, the strength to play through contact, and is a high IQ decision maker on both ends of the floor.

Louridas is as college-ready as it gets. The 6-foot-3 wing dunked on a couple players during their Saturday afternoon win against Deerfield, but it’s his shooting that’ll translate quite immediately to the next level. The Yale commit has a super quick shot release and can make it off the dribble or off the catch, so he has the ability to play with or without the ball. Louridas also has good strength and holds his own on the defensive end against bigger and stronger players.

Louridas is a smooth, polished scorer who plays with great pace and confidence offensively. He’s coming off a strong 22-point outing that showcased his ability to create, shoot, and finish efficiently. A Yale commit, he’s clearly gearing up for the next level with improved consistency and maturity in his game. Louridas continues to separate himself as a dependable, high-IQ guard who produces in big moments.

Louridas had another productive showing and impacted the game in many facets. He shoots a very clean ball from behind the arc and connected frequently from there. He has no issue making hustle plays. Louridas doesn’t let the ball stick to his hands and finds teammates. Louridas should be a priority for low majors.
