Rose was truly fantastic throughout the game, stepping up on both ends of the floor while Thomsen dealt with foul trouble. A mobile, long 6-8 combo forward who can score inside and out, he had probably his best game in an Assumption uniform in a win-or-go-home setting, dropping 27 points on 12-17 shooting, including going 3-5 from the 3-point line. He popped out as the screener and knocked down shots off the catch. He posted up smaller defenders and showed great footwork and touch. He rotated well on the defensive end to contest shots and rebound. In addition to his scoring, he had 7 rebounds and was a force defensively.
