A teammate of Mason Curley Mason Curley 6'2" | CG Wapsie Valley | 2028 State IA on the NE Iowa Hustlers, Issiah Moudy Issiah Moudy 6'0" | SG Waukon | 2027 State IA is another prospect that stood out for the small summer ball club last week in Hiawatha. He showed up again on Saturday in North Liberty.

While Curley was the most consistent form of offense for the Hustlers, Moudy showed some encouraging things offensively, particularly on inbound passes. One play stood out where he caught the rock, went up and finished through contact for a desperately needed and-one.

A secondary guard for the NE Iowa Hustlers, Issiah Moudy Issiah Moudy 6'0" | SG Waukon | 2027 State IA did a lot of different things from the guard position for his squad in Hiawatha. Though he struggled to shoot it consistently from the outside, Moudy didn’t continue to settle for three-pointers, putting the ball on the floor and going to the basket and drawing fouls to get to the free throw line when his shot wasn’t falling.

Blocking a shot on defense and then taking the rock the full length of the court, dribbling behind-the-back and weaving through traffic, Moudy whipped a pass to a teammate in the corner for an open three, rather than forcing a contested layup.
