-Wallsten burst onto the scene this season with a STA team that turned some heads, with Wallsten filling a role as a skilled wing that contributes in several areas. Wallsten proved capable of knocking down shots from all 3 levels, cleaned up misses around the rim, and showed some defensive versatility as a wing that can guard up a few spots. If he can improve his lateral quickness and athleticism to guard other spots, he should enjoy a productive summer on the circuit.

-Wallsten will likely be a riser in our next rankings update for the 2027 class as a perimeter sniper that is beginning to round out his floor game as a wing prospect with some upside. Wallsten shoots it well from all 3 levels and has worked hard to quicken his jumper’s gather and release point to get shots off much more cleanly off the catch, off movement, and off the dribble. An unselfish passer from the perimeter that can see over most of the defenders in his league, his ability to make plays from a standstill unlocks the Bulldogs’ ability to play their three W/F prospects at the same time. With the size and improving lateral mobility, he’s working towards being a switchable threat on the defensive end that can guard 3-5.
