Isaac had one of the most dominant first half performances I’ve seen all spring/summer on Saturday. It seemed like every time he caught the ball on the block, points were going on the board for Comets. He was too strong to be defended 1v1, and was able to bully his way to the rim for finish after finish. Does a great job of maintaining his balance through contact to finish at a high percentage. When double teams came he did a great job of recognizing where an open shooter was, and quickly zipping a cross-court pass right into their hands. Slid his feet to block a handful of shots as well.

is a six-foot-eight-inch center from Aiktin. Asmus is a big, strong player, and is a hard guy to keep off the offensive glass. Asmus has improved a bit around the rim with his touch which will go a long way for his future college prospects.

Isaac is still a relatively raw prospect, but showed a lot of promise on Saturday. He has a strong 6-foot-7 frame, being able to dominate smaller opponents inside. He came away with some contested rebounds and was impacting opponents’ shots all game. He impressed me most with his ability to put himself in position to receive passes from teammates for easy baskets, which is how he got the majority of his scores. I really like the potential Asmus has in the coming years
