leveraged that very quickness to consistently penetrate the paint and generate overall offense, while also affecting the game in transition. A frequent paint toucher, Adams essentially lived in the lane all season— finishing a variety of crafty attempts with excellent touch from different angles, including soft floaters in the in between area while also utilizing his strong court vision and natural feel as a passer to routinely draw multiple help defenders before finding open teammates across the floor. Known for his defensive mindset and much of what helped him stay on the floor leading up to his senior year, Adams also consistently made his presence felt on that end, showcasing quick hands, sharp anticipation, and well timed reads in the passing lanes to come up with steals and convert effectively in transition.
