Dauer finished with 16 points, knocking down three shots from beyond the arc while also attacking closeouts to finish at the rim or draw trips to the free-throw line.

Playing meaningful minutes for one of Class 7A’s top teams, Dauer has made a name for himself in the state’s 2028 class. The sophomore has positional size, is an above average athlete and has a high basketball IQ. The lefty is a solid open shot maker and can shoulder some of the ball handling and decision making for the Sailors.
