A 6-1 combo guard who can play with or without the ball in his hands, Uecker is an excellent shooter off the dribble with extended range and a quick release. He gets the ball into his shooting pocket quickly and has the combination of footwork and ball-handling to help create some additional space to get his shot off. In addition to his shooting, he’s able to get to the rim for finishes, and he does a great job getting his teammates involved, showing good court vision and passing instincts.

Uecker had no issues adjusting to varsity minutes in the CIML last year, averaging 11.0 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 3.5 assists, each of which led the J-Hawks last season. He’s a fantastic shooter (43.9 3P%) with a lightning-quick release both off the dribble and the catch, and he creates shots for himself and others at a high clip.

Uecker had no issues adjusting to varsity play in the CIML, averaging 11.0 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 3.5 assists a game for the J-Hawks as a sophomore, leading the team in each category. And he did it while knocking down nearly 44% of his 3-point attempts. A quick guard who can play with and without the ball in his hands, he’s obviously a knockdown shooter who gets the ball into his shooting pocket quickly off the dribble, but he also showed an innate ability to use off-ball screens to free himself up for open looks.
