McGee is a young prospect in this North Carolina 2030 class that showed a lot of promise in our first viewing of him with Carmel Christian. At 6’6″ with long arms, McGee possesses a great set of physical tools to work with as he ingratiates to high school basketball. McGee impressed with his activity, ability to compete on the interior for rebounds, and versatility on the defensive end of the floor. There’s no doubt he’s going to get better quickly and play a key role on this Carmel Christian team as a freshman so it was great to get an early look at one of NC’s next potential stars.
