Pond showed up in a big way for Kennedy at the event, leading them in scoring in three of their games (24 points vs Bothell, 16 points vs Chiawana, 13 points vs Edmonds-Woodway). His ability to create off the dribble and score from different levels was apparent during their run at the event, and he was a huge part in Kennedy finishing the weekend 4-0. Not only has he shown he can create his own shots, but he’s also a kid who will initiate their offense and look to distribute the ball.
