Kpan emerged last season and continued to prove himself over the course of the summer in both AAU and scholastic settings. He leaves his mark on the game with his boundless energy and explosive athleticism, making scrap plays all over the floor on both ends. While he doesn’t have the most defined skillset and is a bit undersized for his role at the scholarship level, small-college programs would be wise to start checking in on Kpan this fall.

Kpan is a true jack-of-all-trades forward who impacts the game in a variety of ways and plays with an assertive motor from start to finish. His versatility is one of his greatest strengths, particularly on the defensive end where he can comfortably switch across multiple positions and guard a wide range of matchups. Kpan uses his length and long reach effectively on the glass, consistently coming down with rebounds and helping his team finish possessions. Offensively, he does a nice job putting pressure on the defense, earning frequent trips to the foul line and capitalizing on those free-scoring opportunities. What stands out most is his feel for the game, as he possesses excellent timing and always seems to be in the right place at the right time. With his motor, defensive versatility, rebounding ability, and overall basketball instincts, Kpan is a prospect who contributes to winning in numerous ways.
