Wilson proved himself as a very good perimeter shooting threat at the Prep Hoops Indiana Freshman Showcase. The 5’10” guard is at his best when playing off of the ball where he can run off of screens and spot up as a catch-and-shoot threat. He gets his shot off quickly, has good footwork, and can extend his range a few feet beyond the arc. The South Central (Elizabeth) High School prospect slid over and played some point guard, but it was the shot-making that really stood out and makes Wilson a prospect to follow in the years to come.

Wilson is a talented guard who has had success through his younger years on the grassroots circuit. He is a skilled shot-maker from beyond the arc and could step into a role sooner rather than later at South Central (Elizabeth) High School. We look forward to hosting him at our Freshman Showcase.

Garrett was one of the top guards that I seen during the showcase. He was extremely under control in the two games I watched him in. He had a quick trigger and knocked down multiples 3s off the bounce. I was impressed with how fearless he was offensively. He will make an impact this year for South Central.
