Making sure to go out with a bang as he closes out his run at the high school level, Moore was instrumental in helping lead Blue Elite to a resounding opening win over Just Clean It. The senior guard poured in 29 points, showcasing himself as one of the area’s most prolific quick-release shooters while connecting on five attempts from deep. Moore was able to use his quickness and slick ball skills to mix it up getting downhill and flashed his playmaking ability with a handful of smooth assists as well. He’s one of the better shooters available among unsigned guards across the state with nice two-way aggression to complement his primary skill.

The score first guard had 13 points in a loss versus Mercersburg. He connected on three 3 pointers. Moore collected a few rebounds. He showed some flashes of moving the basketball around the horn. He can be a tad volume at times. Moore would be a great pickup at the small college level.

Friends Central may not quite have the firepower to contend for a title but figures to be a thorn in the side for any of the league’s top tier, with Moore’s spark from the backcourt being a chief reason why. There aren’t many more dangerous threats in the area from beyond the arc, as Moore has the ability to heat up at a moment’s notice with a lightning-quick release off the catch and polished footwork getting set on the move or off screens both in the halfcourt and transition. He provides some punch off the bounce attacking closeouts for skilled finishes while being a consistent pest on the defensive end with his quick feet and feisty approach. Moore could be a steal for an academic D3 program but should catch eyes at the scholarship level with his shot-making binges throughout the winter.

Moore’s go to is the corner three, usually in catch-and-shoot situations. He has a quick release and a pump fake that can freeze defenders. He’s got the green light to pull it from beyond the three-point line if he sees daylight. Adding a dribble drive move to his game will force defenders to play him more honestly and he may see less double teams coming his way.
