Huss is just always chugging along. The Marianapolis Prep guard continues to get better year after year and has made himself a legitimate prep school role player, which I’ll be honest I didn’t see coming. He shoots the three ball well, he has good quickness on drives to the hoop, and he has better finishing and jumping ability than you’d think. His passing has also taken a step forward this season. I’m not sure what his recruitment looks like, but some lower level D3 programs should certainly be interested in the 5-foot-10 combo guard.

Huss won’t wow you with size or athleticism, but he’s a solid combo guard that can play both on and off the ball. He’s got a nice-looking, accurate three-point shot and good vision when it comes to finding cutters with the pass. He also always defends hard and seems to be a very well-conditioned athlete. His size will be a limiting factor, but I bet Huss will be able to find somewhere to play D3 hoops, and going against prep school players will help him these next couple years.

New E
is a potent offensive guard who can give defenses in a variety of aspects. The shooting is the first thing that he excels at a high level. Huss can knock down shots off-the-catch and off-the-dribble, in all areas of the court which makes him hard to stop when on fire. He is an underrated driver as well and showcases his good touch near the basket. As a passer, Huss finds his teammates with ease and is very effective in the pick-and-roll and on the move on the fast break. He competes hard defensively and will set out his body for steals. The shortness in stature does not seem to affect him, as his shooting gravity and high IQ overcome such obstacles. Definitely should be monitored by programs in the future.
