Tolley is one of the more intriguing 2029’s in the region and could totally burst onto the scene this year. He was an MIAA all star last season and a meaningful piece for Team Sims UA Rise squad this spring and summer, and the 6-foot-5 (and growing) forward comes to a Marianapolis Prep squad where he should be able to show off his versatility and skill. He can shoot threes, he’s a phenomenal passer for his age and size, and he can handle it effectively against pressure. More reps against better competition this high school season will be big for Tolley, who could be a massive riser in our rankings if he continues to develop like I think he will. 

Tolley is a super intriguing prospect. The 6-foot-5 wing is only a rising sophomore, but he has guard skills that distinguish him from many of his peers. His passing vision is elite—he does a good job acting as a hub offensively and sees back cutters and shooters quite effectively. But he can also shoot the ball from three and handles it/drives to the hoop more comfortably than most guys his age/size. His size and coordination also allows him to guard a wide variety of players on the defensive end. Tolley is transferring to Marianapolis Prep next season and should get minutes as a sophomore, which will be great for his development moving forward.
