Freeman already has a couple of long, athletic wing-type players leading the way ( Tanner Goldsmith Tanner Goldsmith 6'4" | SF Freeman | 2025 State WA 15.4 ppg, Colton Wells Colton Wells 6'6" | SG Freeman | 2025 State WA 12.9 ppg), but LaPointe shows the capability to be a strong accent to those guys this season. He has the size, athleticism, and focus to make an impact on the defensive end, but also has the skill to take advantage of 1-on-1’s on the offensive end and knock down shots in space.
