Fernando made his biggest impacts on defense during the first few games of the Joe Armijo Classic. He was a vocal leader calling out cutters and screens while playing the passing lanes. As the weekend went on he became more of a threat on the offensive end of the floor. Fernando is a player that has the ability to put points on the board in a hurry and during the championship game he was able to do just that.
