Ethan exploded on the scene at the KABC Shootout with averages of nearly 20pts and over 8reb through four games. He scored it at a high level from everywhere on the court, especially beyond the arc. His quick trigger and accuracy proved to be a challenge for defensive coverages. He was also comfortable creating for himself off the dribble and showcased some decisive ball handling skills. If he continues at this rate, expect Ethan to be one of the fastest rising 2028’s over the next year.

York shoots with a high release and has been effective from the corner. He shows good wrist action and stays shot-ready with his hands up, prepared to catch and fire. His mechanics are consistent and repeatable, rising straight up and down and landing in the same spot on each jumper, which adds to his reliability from deep.

The only 2028 who saw playing time for a veteran Greenwood team last season, don’t be surprised if Ethan becomes the main offensive option for the Gators this season. York excels as a shooter and should add some bulk to his frame that will allow him to absorb more contact at the rim and get to the free throw line more often.
